FYPx Goes Åre
Travel time: 10.–18.1.2026 – Registration opens on the 20th of August at 12:00
This new winter pilot event FYPx, takes you to the beautiful Åre for skiing, snowboarding, après-ski, and unforgettable moments in the heart of the Swedish mountains. Enjoy winter activities, relax in cozy mountain lodges, and experience a perfect blend of culture and adventure. Join us for a week of fun, relaxation, and stunning views in one of Europe's top winter destinations! Because this is not an official FYP event, your non-FYP friends can join this trip too!
During the trip, we will also organize FYP-style social activities to make the experience even more memorable. Volunteers are welcome to help us coordinate these events.
This trip is limited to 50 participants.

Booking Terms:

Cancellations before September 30 = free of charge.

Cancellations after September 30, but by October 15 = cancellation fee of 250 €/person.

Cancellations after October 15, but by November 20 = cancellation fee of 350 €/person.

Cancellations after November 20, but by December 7 = cancellation fee of 75% of the trip price/person.

Cancellations after December 7 = 100% of the trip price.

The price of the trip will be determined by the number of participants. Pricing is as follows:

If at least 50 participants: €540 per person

If at least 40 participants: €610 per person

If at least 30 participants: €690 per person

+ A security deposit of €80 per person is required with the final payment, which will be refunded after the trip, provided the cabin is left in good condition.
Payment Terms:

A deposit of €250 per person is due the 1st of October 2025.

The remaining balance is due the 17th of November 2025.
*Please note: that the minimum number of participants required for the trip to take place is 30.
Accommodation
Enjoy comfortable and cozy accommodations in Åre by, in the heart of Åre. All of the accommodations are located in charming settings, offering perfect spaces for relaxation and group bonding after a day of adventure. Each apartment is equipped with all the essentials to ensure a pleasant stay, including kitchens, saunas, bed linen, final cleaning and spacious living areas for all guests.

Your journey to Åre will be smooth and comfortable, with convenient pick-up locations and well-planned travel details.

The bus route for the return journey follows the same path in reverse order.

Optional upgrades are available for ferry services, including meal packages and cabin upgrades (single, double, or triple cabins) for an additional charge.

Booking and Cancellation Terms
On this FYPx (Finland Young Professionals) trip, the tour operator is Aarrematkat Oy. When you book a trip through Aarrematkat, it is important to understand the booking and cancellation terms as well as your rights. Aarrematkat Oy follows the law on package travel combinations (901/2017) in its booking and cancellation terms. Additionally, Aarrematkat Oy may use stricter cancellation terms for each trip, which will be specified on the individual trip's page or in the sales brochure.
Booking conditions for this trip:

The trip will take place if the minimum number of participants, 30 persons, is met.

The final price of the trip will be determined based on the number of participants.

A Travel-only package (with your own accommodation) is available by request.

An advance payment of 250 €/person will be due 1st of October
-
A security deposit of 80 €/person is required with the final payment, which will be refunded after the trip to the participant’s specified account, provided the accommodation is in good condition upon departure.

Other FYP group members may also stay in the accommodation, not just your own acquaintances.

If the trip does not take place due to insufficient participants, we will refund the paid advance payment.

Name changes are possible if the original participant cannot attend.
Cancellation conditions for this trip:

Traveler's right to cancel: You can cancel your reserved trip at any time before the trip starts. If you cancel, we may charge an appropriate and justified cancellation fee.
Tour operator's right to cancel: We may cancel the trip if the number of participants is less than agreed upon, or if exceptional circumstances or force majeure prevent the trip from taking place. If we cancel the trip, we will notify you within the time frame specified in the agreement. Aarrematkat has the right to cancel the trip if the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirements.
Refunds: If the trip is canceled by the tour operator, the amount you paid will be refunded to you within 14 days of the cancellation.
